Enoshima Electric Railway (Enoden) announced on July 25, 2025, that the restrooms at Kamakura-kōkō-mae Station (Koshigoe, Kamakura City) are now closed.
The reason for the closure is “a frequent occurrence of drainpipe blockages due to foreign objects, as well as damage and destruction to the facilities.”
It’s important to note that there are no public restrooms or convenience stores around Kamakura-kōkō-mae Station. Visitors will need to use restrooms at neighboring stations.
